I recently tried to make plant-based Easter Eggs and it was successful.
This is one without chocolate, too bad if you like chocolate. I think it has a bit lower content of fat compared the chocolate ones. So, I can consume them. But bear in mind that the pastry is short crust pastry and the filling contains sugar. However, I used less sugar than the normal recipe. Sorry, what normal recipe?? I used my on concoction! Anyway, it uses less than the normal recipes that I come across.
