Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect order).

In some cases, instead of a refund you may be offered a store credit note which can be used when you purchase again. if a refund is offered it will be done via PayPal and hence follows PayPal refund policy.  

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.  Please note that 
If you wish to cancel your order completely, you must let us know by 12pm the same day otherwise your order will be ready to be shipped and you will still be charged.



We can ship to any address in the UK and 
Northern Ireland. We do not currently deliver internationally

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as we can. As most of the products are freshly made, there will be a short preparation time.

Cookies ( all types ) will be shipped in 1 to 2 days.

Dragon Balls, Sio Baos and Pandan Chiffon Cake ( collect only) will be shipped in 2 to 3 days as the process of making them is longer.

Any orders received before 1pm Monday - Friday will be processed the following day. If you place your order after 1pm on Friday it will be processed the following Monday.

We do not deliver on weekends.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, an estimated shipping date will be provided on request.  Once your order is received by the shipping provider, we can only estimated the delivery time and do not take responsibility for the shipping provider's delivery time.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item are on the product. The shipping  weight takes into consideration the weight of product and the weight of the packaging.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilograms.


We use different courier services according to the size and weight of the total order and where possible we will pass on either your email address or phone number for tracking purposes. The courier can then update you directly. Some couriers will send SMS updates if a mobile number has been provided.

If you would prefer us not to give out this contact information please let us know when you have placed your order using the comments box at the checkout. 

Please note that Royal Mail and other parcel couriers may change their charges without notice, and we follow their charges, accordingly.

Can I collect my order?

We are based in Leicestershire, and collection is available free of charge for local customers collection. Please let us know at the time of placing your order if you would like to collect it.
